Franklin D. Wilson, 90, a longtime resident of Lake Geneva, WI, died Sunday October 7, 2018 in Lake Geneva. Franklin Doan Wilson was born in Flint, MI on June 28, 1928 the son of the late Frank and Florence (Hartnell) Wilson. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School in Flint, MI and then from the General Motors Institute of Technology.

On May 13, 1950 in Flint, MI he was united in marriage to the former Jean Dailey. Frank was a former member of the Lake Geneva Jaycees, a member and former president of the Lake Geneva Lions Club and a former member and past president of the Lake Geneva Chamber of Commerce. Frank is survived by: Jean, his wife of 68 years, 5 children; Gail (Jimmy) Harlow of Kansas City, MO, Carol (Richard) Landwehr of Hartland, WI, Patricia (Robert) Fleming of Waupaca, WI, Ellen (Ken Sead) Wilson of Englewood, FL and Doan (Ellen Louise) Wilson of Taos, NM, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Per Frank’s request there will be no services. Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services is honored to be serving the Wilson family.
