Frederick R. Hoskinson Sr., 87, of Zanesville, passed away June 15, 2018 at Genesis Hospital. He was born January 29, 1931 in Roseville, son of the late, John William Hoskinson and Margaret Pearl Smith Hoskinson. He was member of Coburn United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his son, Frederick Hoskinson Jr. of Zanesville; daughter, Beverly (Robert) Bronkar of Nashport; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steven) Snider, Brandon (Kerry) Bronkar, Janette (Richard) Felumlee; great-grandchildren, Ellijah and Emma Felumlee; step-great-granddaughters, Kendal Wilson, Alysia Wilson and Taylor Wolff; step-great-great-grandchildren, Brody, Jordan, Cope and Raelynn Wolff. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene L. Hoskinson; brothers, Kenneth, Dale, Dorman, Jim, Jack, Paul Hoskinson; sisters, Mary Bell Gaffey, Gertrude McCabe, Gladys Kuhn. Calling hours will be held Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, June 18, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 with Pastors Webster Cox and Justin Williams officiating.
