Gail Wade Serr died at home on January 2, 2019. He was born in Blackfoot, Idaho on October 16, 1944 to Rueben and Myrtle Serr. On March 26, 1967 he married Mary Lou Rose in Nampa, Idaho.

Gail obtained his Master’s Degree in Education and was a Woodworking Shop Teacher for more than 30 years. He taught at Snake River High School. East High School, and North West Junior High.

He loved woodworking, reading, and scouting with his grandson, Porter. He is survived by his wife, May Lou; daughter, Amy Lynn; and grandson, Porter. Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 2215 East Roosevelt Ave, Salt Lake City.

Visitation at the church on Monday from 3:00 until 4:00. Interment will be in the Moreland Cemetey in Blackfoot, Idaho on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
