Gary Thomas Wilcox, 65, of Zanesville, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at his home. Gary was born August 29, 1953 to Mary P. (Lippincot) and the late Robert I. Wilcox. In addition to his father, Gary is also preceded in death by his loving companion of 25 years, Cheri L. Northrop.

Gary leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Burgandy Stroup; step-daughter, Carli Alexander, and her three sons, who Gary considered his grandchildren, Alex, Jonathan and Damien; 7 siblings; and his beloved dog, Tough Guy. Gary enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping and relaxing by the river. He is sure to be missed.

Per Gary’s wishes, no services will be observed, and cremation has been chosen. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
