Gayle M. Biggins, 89, of Hillsdale, passed away Saturday September 22, 2018 at Blissfield Place, to be with The Lord. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to George and Roma (Fielder) Ream. She was married October 24, 1952 to Lowell E. Biggins who preceded her in death.

She was a licensed hairdresser for many years with a salon in her home, she also worked as a waitress and was a nanny for several years. Gayle was a member of the Hillsdale Free Methodist Church. She was a loving and devoted mother for 72 years.

Surviving are her three children, Randy Biggins (Audrey), Kelly Jones, and Margo (Gary) Sitzes, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, one brother, Gerhart Ream survives. Cremation has taken place by J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home in Adrian.

Per her wishes there will be no service other than a private dispersing of both her and Lowell’s ashes at a location yet to be determined.
