Genet Cox, a resident of Manhasset, Long Island, NY and later of Palm Bay, FL, departed this life on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Born November 24, 1946, she was one of nine born to Henley, Sr. and Della Cox. Genet attended Wilson Hall High School in Grove Hill, AL.

Preceding her in death were her father, Henley Cox, Sr.; three brothers, Ernest Dorsey, Henley Cox, Jr., and Terry Wayne Cox; three sisters, Mary L. Moore, Patricia A. Cox, and Mary A. Cox. Left to forever cherish her precious memories are her loving mother, Della Cox, Dallas, TX; one brother, Cleveland Cox, Marrero, LA; one sister, Dorothy (Joey) Cox Whaley, Dallas, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
