Obituary for Geneva I. Stairs Mrs. Geneva I. Stairs, age 80, a resident of the Hickory Community, passed away at 4:07 P.M. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah. She was a member of Spring Creek Church of Christ and a retired seamstress having worked at several of the former clothing factories in Mayfield. She is survived by one son; Tim Stairs, Hickory, two daughters; Lana Grenier, Mayfield and Cindy (Gary) Herndon, New Providence, one brother; Tommy Glass, Mayfield, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Vernon Stairs, parents; Tommy and Maggie Turner Glass, three brothers and four sisters. Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Monday at the Coldwater Church of Christ Cemetery with Bro. Tye Burnett officiating.

Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Monday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
