OBITUARY Geneva Lou Bertram November 21, 1930 – October 6, 2018 Geneva Lou (Brown) Bertram, 87, of Miamisburg, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born November 21, 1930 in South Shore, Kentucky the daughter of Arthur and Lillian (Timberlake) Meenach. Geneva attended First Baptist Church in Miamisburg.

She and her husband, Lloyd enjoyed going to local nursing homes preaching God’s word and singing. In her younger years, she enjoyed singing and playing bluegrass and gospel music. Geneva loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Lloyd Bertram; children, Donald (Sharon) Brown, Larry (Linda) Brown, Linda (Jerry) Byrd, Brenda (Fred) Conrads and Ken Brown; nine grandchildren, Eric Brown, Tim and Robbie Burke, Charles and Michael Conrads, Sam, Eli, Jessica and Casey Brown; ten great grandchildren, Madison and Mason Brown, Robert, Jasleen, Madalynn, Noah and Makiah Burke, Madilyn, Ryan and Jospeh Conrads; sister, Delores Middleton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Howard Brown; and her siblings, Clarence “Buddy” Meenach, Fred Meenach, Evelyn Henderson, Loretta Meenach and Audrey Potter. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, October 12, 2018 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Kelly officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420 or to your local pet rescue shelter.
