OBITUARY George “Corky” E. Harms III May 30, 1977 – January 30, 2019 Play Tribute Movie George “Corky” E Harms III, 41 of Creve Coeur, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at his home. He was born May 30, 1977 in Peoria, IL to George “Cub” E and Paula K (Lamprecht) Harms II. He married the love of his life Tricia Kelly on October 1, 2016 in Peoria.

He is survived by his wife, Tricia of Creve Coeur, his parents Cub and Paula, step-son, Tanner C. Bahn, two siblings, Cinnamon (Tom) Nieukirk and CJ Harms, and numerous nieces and nephews. Corky worked as a window installer with his good friend Chris. He was a member of the Spirits of the Night paranormal group and the Haunted House Committee for the city of Creve Coeur.

Corky was an avid nature lover and “keeper of beautiful things”. He would collect rocks, geodes, gemstones and loved to create and carve many things from those stones. He loved traveling, flowers, his many diverse critters, especially Moddey.

Corky will be remembered as a caring, compassionate, positive, genuine person, who had an infectious laugh and his own brand of “Corkyisms”. A visitation will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 4 to 6 pm at Remmert Funeral Home. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.
