George was born on July 12, 1925, in San Francisco, California to Pietro and Marie Callori. George served in the US Army Air Corps and worked as a supervisor in the Public Works Division on Treasure Island.

George was an avid hunter and golfer. George was a longtime 49ers fan and loved playing board and card games. George was preceeded in death by his father, Pietro Callori, his mother, Marie Callori, and his son, Steven George Callori.

George is survived by his loving wife Rose Callori; as well as his nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of longtime friends. A Memorial Service for George will be held on January 26, 2019 at the Star of the Valley Catholic Church (545 White Oak Dr. in Santa Rosa, Ca 94509). Mass will begin at 11:00 am.
