HODGE, Mr. George Samuel “Road Runner” Sr. – age 93, passed away, Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Regency at Waterford. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Thursday, January 31, 2019 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St., Rev. Nicholas Whiteside, Officiating.

Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 N. Perry St. Friends and Pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 11:00 AM Thursday. Mr. Hodge will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday. Mr. Hodge leaves to cherish his memory children, Walter Menuard, Jr. and Jacqueline (Kenneth) Menuard-Mahone; daughter-in-law, Lynn Hodge-Norfolk; grandchildren, Sonya Hodge, Jesse (Melissa) Hodge, Jr., Nateria (Rev Nicholas) Whiteside; great grandchildren, Brandon Killian, Jasyman Hodge, Dominic Hodge, Tiana Hodge, Lakeya (Steven) Mixon, Daja Whiteside and Nicholas Whiteside, II; great great grandchildren, Jayce Mixon and Blake Hodge; and other relatives and friends.
