OBITUARY Geraldine Helen Klenda Passed away on November 1, 2018 Geraldine “Gerry” Helen Klenda was born October 29, 1932 in Naperville, Il and passed away November 1, 2018 in Lakewood, Colorado. Gerry was married December 19, 1953 in Naperville, IL to Harry Lee Klenda, together they had nine children. She is lovingly remembered and survived by two siblings, eight children, 26 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Gerry was a very outgoing and caring person. She loved spending time with her many children and grandchildren. She was an active member of the Women’s Auxiliary at the American Legion Hall Post 178 in Lakewood and a die-hard Bronco’s fan.

She will always be remembered as a deeply religious woman of unshakeable faith. She had an incredible work ethic, she was a staunch patriot and was a person who truly exemplified the “pioneer spirit” of determined self reliance which she demonstrated until the very end.
