Devoted mother of Michael F. Barruzza, Jr. (Lynne) and Michelle Barruzza Bezanis (Angelo). Loving grandmother of Erin Jehens, Lexi Dunn, Max Barruzza, Molly Barruzza, Marc Baker, and Isabella Beadling and great grandmother of Ariana Mahoney, Ryan Birney, Taylor Dunn, Ryder Jehens, and Connor Dunn. She also had three brothers: Gary, George, and Gene.

Daughter of the late Amy Smith. Geri loved to dance and loved her family. She helped raise all her grandchildren.

Geri is in a better place, dancing in Heaven to her favorite song “Funkytown”. Services and interment are private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Geri’s memory to the National Foundation for Cancer Research, 5515 Security Lane, Suite 1105, Rockville, MD 20852 (www.
