Gladys M. Wyse, age 94, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away Sunday night, April 29, 2018 in Heartland of Wauseon,. She was born November 17, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Melvin I. and Clara (Kaiser) Beck. She married Vern Wyse on July 20, 1941 and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2008.

Gladys was a homemaker and farmer’s wife and had been employed at Perfection Finishers, Wauseon, Ohio. . She also enjoyed raising dogs.

Survivors include, two sons, Gene (Sandy) Wyse and Melvin Wyse. Twelve grandchildren, Jeannie, Susan, Randy, Cheryl, Carol, Jolene, Julie, Ricky, Amy, Melvin, Jr., Jamie, Johnny. 27 great-grandchildren.

28 great-great grandchildren. Nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Mary Jane Moden, and a daughter-in-law, Geraldine Wyse.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 06, 2018 in the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, 219 South Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio 43567. Rev. Donald Krieger will officiate.

Interment will follow in Winameg Cemetery. Friends may call for time of visitation with the family 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, prior to the funeral service in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
