CONRAD, Glen A. age, 79, died at home on Monday, November 11, 2018. He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Bonnie Hunt Conrad, his daughter, Cheryl C. Johnson, his son, Scott D. Conrad and Scott’s wife, Laura, his grandchildren, Shannon Johnson Nash and her husband, John, Lindy Johnson LoRe and her husband, Mike, Tracy Johnson Miller and her husband, Dan, Nicole Conrad Collison and her husband, Chuck and Kevin D. Conrad, his brother, Wayne Conrad and his sister, Aneatra Clites. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, Kayla, Daniel, Christopher, Lani, Michael, Dominic, Brayden, Jeremy and Ryan.

He is also survived by his two dogs, Matti and Mandi. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laurie T. Conrad and his parents, Mary Helen Ittner and his father, John Conrad. Glen attended Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore and graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1957.

He then went to work at the Baltimore Gas& Electric Company where he worked for 43 years. He started his career as an office boy and worked his way up to special investigator. Glen had many interests including gardening (his tomatoes and beautiful flowers are legendary), crabbing, camping, fishing, boating, snorkeling, pitching horseshoes, Bocci ball, clamming, travel, collecting Wade figurines, browsing yard sales and flea markets, tropical fish, playing Sequence, playing bingo at the Lake Shore Senior Center and giving his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren little gifts.
