POOLE, Mrs. Glory Jean (Brand) “Momma Bear” – Age 76, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center. A private service has already taken place. Glory Jean (Brand) Poole “Momma Bear” was born November 30, 1942 in Hayti, Missouri, the daughter of Charlie and Uola Brand.

She obtained her G.E.D. and was a Caregiver. Glory attended New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23rd “The Lord Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want”.

She loved to cook, clean, dance and play the Tambourine. Glory Jean (Brand) Poole “Momma Bear” leaves to cherish her memory: 4 daughters, Gloria Jean Poole (Klains), Ella Lucille Brand, Lynda Doris Brand and Pamela V. (Brand) McDaniel; son, Patrick D. Poole; grandchildren, Charleana, Anthony, Adam, Tyrone, Jermaine, Robert, Deanna, twins, Darryl and Derrick, Valency, Angel, Andrew, Victoria, Destiny, Tanisha, Sade, Caleb, Shakera, Joann, Boobie, Aleya, Eve, John Arthur and Shawn; brother, Albert Lee Allen; cousins, Clint and Melvin and a host of other relatives and friends too many to name. Glory was preceded in death by, parents, Charlie and Uola Brand; 3 sons, Charles Ray Poole, Samuel Poole Jr. and Henry Fay Poole.
