Goldie Blair Cornett, 99, of Hallie passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Goldie was the daughter of the late James and Annie Back Blair. She was the widow of Coy Cornett.

Surviving is 1 son: James Clinton “Bud” Cornett and wife Nancy of Hallie; 3 daughters: Walena Breeding of Lexington, Aloda Breeding and husband Darrell of Lexington, and Arizona Tolliver and husband Howard of Lexington; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. Goldie was preceded in death by a daughter: Winona Minor and a son: Jeffery Cornett. Funeral: 11:00 O’clock A.M. Monday, December 10, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Elwood Cornett, Clyde Bentley, and Danny Dixon officiating.

Visitation: 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Cornett Family Cemetery at Hallie, Kentucky.
