Grace Faulkner Good Aiken, SC–Grace Faulkner Good, 88, of Tyler, Texas passed away at Cumberland Hills, Aiken, South Carolina, surrounded by her family and friends on June 22, 2018. Grace earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from Stephen F. Austin University. During her years as a special education teacher and elementary school principal in the Tyler Independent School District, she touched the lives of many children and families.

Grace was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Tyler, TX and a member of the Faith Seekers Sunday School class at the First Baptist Church of Aiken, SC. She is survived by her four children Melissa Collins , Fort Collins, CO; Gigi Talbert ( Bob ) Aiken, SC ; Chip Good , London, England and Mary Rosson (Monty) Winchester, KY ; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Dora Good Dean, Cypress, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Louis Good, Jr. and grandson, Joseph Talbert. In accordance with Grace’s wishes, cremation has occurred and a memorial service will be held in Tyler, TX at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church of Aiken, SC120 Chesterfield St. N , Aiken, SC 29801 ; First Baptist Church of Tyler, Texas 301 West Ferguson St. Tyler, TX, 75702 or Tidewater Hospice 1065 Silver Bluff Rd.

Aiken, SC 29803. Grace’s family is very appreciative of the love and care given to her by the staff of Cumberland Village, Cumberland Hills Assisted Living, Tidewater Hospice and Drs. Bill and Cindy Besson.
