Grace Richards Norman passed away peacefully on March 8, 2019 in Meridian, Idaho. Grace was born in Kemmerer, Wyoming on December 9, 1917 to Arthur S. Richards and Grace MacDonald Richards. She was the third of five Children.

Prior to starting elementary school the family moved to Montpelier, Idaho where Grace attended school and graduated from Montpelier High School as class valedictorian in 1935.
