Obituary for Greg Rankin Wrenn Greg Rankin Wrenn, 63, of Summerville, husband of Debbie Howle Wrenn, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Trident Medical Center. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 3 o’clock to 4 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 4 o’clock.

Burial will be Monday, December 24, 2018 at 10 o’clock at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd. Summerville, SC 29485. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Summerville Church of the Nazarene, 10825 Highway 78 E, Summerville, SC 29483 or Cottageville Church of the Nazarene, 8619 Cottageville Hwy, Cottageville, SC 29435.

Greg was born on June, 26, 1955 in Greenwood, SC, son of the late Reuben Ray and Doris Timmerman Wrenn. He graduated from Greenwood High School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lander University in Greenwood.

Greg was an avid Clemson football fan and loved golf, photography and traveling. Before moving to Summerville he attended Greenwood Community Church of the Nazarene and then attended Summerville Church of the Nazarene. He was on the board, taught Sunday School, served as lead usher, and sang in the choir in the churches he has attended.

Survivors including his wife Debbie of 38 years are: one son: Neil Thomas Wrenn (Allison) of West Columbia; one daughter: Anna Wrenn Andrews (Michael) of Clemmons, NC; four grandsons: Matthew, Jonah, Eli and Levi; two aunts: Barbara Hall (Wendell) of Ninety Six, SC and Laura Ann Wren of Greenwood; and one uncle; Earl Wrenn (Louise) of Greenwood.
