Gregg E. Kautz, 57, of Middletown passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018. Born December 3, 1961 in Johnstown, he was a son of Lois P. (Greene) Kautz of Middletown and the late Edward L. Kautz. He retired as owner from Gregg E. Kautz Minor Home Improvement after being an IBEW Local 143 electrician and was a member of the Church of the Brethren.

An avid fisherman, woodworker, and generous spirit, his generosity continued through Gift of Life donation. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife Mary Lynn (Geesaman) Kautz; brother Edward L., husband of Wendy Kautz of New Cumberland; nephew Edward L., husband Amy Kautz of Germany; niece Laura R., wife of Joshua Buzzard of Lewisberry and their sons Ephraim, Luke, and Samuel; and his dog Tucker. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 14, 2018 at Hanoverdale Church, 577 Hershey Road, Hummelstown preceded by a visitation from 1:00 PM.
