Knouss, 71, of Moore Township, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. Gregory and his wife, Gail (Baron), celebrated 48 years of marriage on August 1st. Born June 7, 1947 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Frederick and Gladys (Walton) Knouss.

Gregory was employed by Kraft Foods as a security guard for 28 years. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. Gregory was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Whitehall.

Survivors: Gregory is survived by his wife, Gail; daughters, Jennifer Easparro and Janet Menzak; son, Jarod; grandchildren, Lauren, Jaclyn, Jarod Jr. and Evan; and his sister, Christine Allen. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 12th at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church, 4456 Main Street, Whitehall. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton.

Burial will be private. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to the church or Lehigh Valley Hospice c/o funeral home in loving memory of Gregory. Online condolences may be submitted above.
