Obituary for Gregory Allen Gibson Gregory “Greg” Allen Gibson, 57, of Glendale, passed away Monday December 31, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Evansville. Indiana to Lonnie Michael Gibson and Carla Joanne (Whipkey) Gibson.

He was a mail carrier for the Eastview Post Office. Greg attended Glendale Christian Church, but was also a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his father.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Dayna Gibson of Glendale; mother, Carla Gibson; son, Devan Gibson of Glendale, three daughters, Jamie (Jerren) Morning of Elizabethtown; Keri (Aaron) Howard of Elizabethtown; Erin Gibson of Glendale; two sisters, Jennifer (John) Byrnes of Glen Ellyn, Illinois and Amanda (Brian) Sisk of Sudbury, Massachusetts; one brother, Jeff (Beverly) Gibson of Brandon, Mississippi; five grandchildren: Savannah, Warren, Tilda, Marcus, and Baby Howard on the way; as well as 15 nieces and nephews he loved dearly A memorial service will be held Saturday January 5, 2019 2:00 pm at Glendale Christian Church in Glendale, Kentucky With Rev. Mike Bell officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Glendale Christian Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to a college fund for Devan and Erin. Information for this fund will be provided at the memorial service. Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.
