OBITUARY Gregory L Fitts March 20, 1962 – October 23, 2018 Gregory Luther Fitts, 56, passed away October 23, 2018 with family by his side. Greg was a native Charlottean born March 20, 1962 in Presbyterian Hospital. He graduated from East Mecklenburg High School 1980.

Greg was a plate mounter by profession and took much pride in his work. He enjoyed fishing, helping others, and collecting snowman figurines. Greg was preceded in death by his parents Edward L. Fitts and Alice Byrd Fitts Etters.

He is survived by a daughter Kathryn Fitts Johnson Carreon of Florida, sister Denise Fitts Autry (Doug), brother Lonnie Fitts, nephew Chad Fitts, niece Lacie A. Piening (Matt) and great niece Leah Fitts. A graveside service is planned for Monday,November 12, 2018 Sharon Memorial Park 11:00am. Memorials may be made to Community Home Care & Hospice or American Cancer Society.
