Halle Queen age 61 of Bellevue passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo. She was born July 5, 1957 in Bellevue the daughter of the late George “Quake” & Nancy (Frost) Queen. Halle worked for nearly 40 years at NASA Plum Brook Station, Sandusky.

She graduated from Bellevue High School in the class of 1976 and was a member of Bellevue Elks Club, and VFW Post 2529 Auxiliary, Sandusky. She was very active in sports and played in the Monday Night Volleyball League. Halle was a animal lover and was well known for her caring for others, especially the elderly.

She is survived by her husband; Mark Ouellette whom she married January 17, 1998 at Worship Alive Church, step-children; Patrick (Aletha) Ouellette of Alexandra, VA, Dawn Ouellette of Sandusky, Nicole (Chris) Martin of Green, OH, Jacquelyn (Edward) Perez of Amherst, OH, brother; Jim (Sharon) Queen of Canfield, OH, 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Halle was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 2 – 6pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue with a brief prayer service beginning at 6:00 pm.

After the completion of the prayer service a celebration of life will be held at the Bellevue VFW Hall, 6104 Hwy 20, Bellevue, OH 44811. Memorials may be made to The Sandusky County Humane Society, 1315 N River Rd, Fremont, OH 43420. Memories and condolences may be shared at: www.
