82, of Saunderstown, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at home. Harry was the beloved husband of fifty-six years to Barbara R. (Stannard) Lewis. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Ralph and Loretta (Waterman) Lewis.

Harry was a Marketing Director of Military Products for many years before is retirement. He was a US Navy veteran serving as a navy pilot during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Harry was a graduate of the US Naval Academy, Class of 1959.

Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Michael R. Lewis and his wife Lisa of Foster, John D. Lewis of Coventry, and Susan E. Hoopes of Saunderstown. He was the cherished grandfather of six. Harry was the brother of the late Richard W. Lewis and Jonathan Lewis.

Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, (Rt. 1A), Narragansett on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

VISITING HOURS Monday morning 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Thomas More / St. Veronica Disabled Teen Mission, 53 Rockland Street, Narragansett, RI 02882.
