OBITUARY Harry “Glen” Presley October 6, 1952 – December 16, 2018 Harry “Glen” Presley, 66, of Shreveport, LA passed away, December 16, 2018 after his fight with a long term illness. Glen was a man with a heart of gold, who went above and beyond to help those in need. Glen spent most of his life working as a Diesel Mechanic.

In his free time, Glen enjoyed cars, computers, and movies. He also enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents Travis and Lois Presley, sister Jeri Logan, and brother Billy Presley.

He married Marcie Jackson-Drayer in December of 1977 and together they raised three wonderful children. Glen and Marcie were married forty-one years, and the love that they had for each other is everlasting and was felt by everyone around them. Glen leaves a legacy of three children: Michael, Billy, and Brandy Presley.

He also leaves to cherish his memories, five grandchildren: Kira Presley, Alexis Jackson, Brynlee Bryant, James “Duke” Preston Jr., and Lillian Presley. Each of his children and grandchildren hold the memory of Glen close to their hearts. In addition, Glen leaves behind two sisters, Melba Lott and Jo Land.

The family will be receiving friends and family, from 1-5 PM, at his home,Saturday December 22, 2018. The family will like to extend a very special thank you to Christus Cancer Treatment Center, and especially Dr. Chintapalli, Lisa, and Allison. They would also like to thank Mike Crumpley (Nephew) for being by Glen’s side before and during his illness.

The bond between them will never be forgotten.
