Obituary for Harry L. Clemmensen Harry Lawrence Clemmensen (1934-2018) WATERLOO – Harry Lawrence Clemmensen, 83, of Waterloo died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital in Waterloo. He was born November 8, 1934 in Waterloo, son of Alfred and Blanche (Speicher) Clemmensen. He married Kam Ho Lai on April 14, 1960 in Hong Kong.

He served in the United States Naval Reserves and was a pressman with the Cedar Falls Record and later the Waverly Newspaper, retiring in 1996. Survived by: his wife Kam Ho Clemmensen of Waterloo; a son, David (Treska) Clemmensen of Gower, MO; two grandchildren, Avery and Alec Clemmensen; a brother, Charles (Cheryl) Clemmensen of Raymond; and a sister, Jeanne Priebe of Evansdale. Private family services will be held at a later date.
