Harry N. Espenshade, Jr., 87, of Elizabethtown, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019 in the Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab Center. Born June 27, 1931 in Linglestown, he was a son of the late Harry N., Sr. and Anna Espenshade. A retired self-employed poultry farmer, he was a 1949 graduate of Hershey High School.

Harry attended Independent Bible Church of Sand Beach and loved to tell stories and reminisce. Surviving are his wife of 68 years Joan L. (Landis) Espenshade; daughters Joyce A., wife of Harvey Nauss, Jr. of Elizabethtown and Cheryl A. Espenshade of Marietta; granddaughter Jennifer, wife of Tom Cornish of Middletown, Delaware. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at his church, 216 East Canal Street, Hummelstown, preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM.

Private interment in Ebenezer Cemetery, Middletown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
