Harry N. Petschow, 95, of Algonquin, passed away April 18th at Rosewood Care Center of Elgin. He was born in Elgin on March 4, 1923 to the late Harry and Elsie (Briesch) Petschow. Harry married Ruth Kopsell on November 15, 1947.

He is survived by his daughter, Jane (David Pistrui), his son, Jeffrey (Patricia); daughter-in-law, Laura; grandchildren, Michael Gerrity (Brandy Watson), Adam Gerrity and Elizabeth (Rob) Pingry. Harry was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Ruth; eldest son, James, and sister, Betty Lou Stych. Funeral services are Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 300 Jefferson St., Algonquin, IL with Pastor Brian Lee officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the March of Dimes. Arrangements entrusted to Willow Funeral Home, 1415 Algonquin Rd. , Algonquin, IL.
