Bernice M. “Bunny” Kublank (Scheuer) age 89, a lifelong resident of Algonquin, passed away on June 19, 2018. She was born in Chicago on August 7, 1928 to Arthur and Bernice (Wagner) Lauffenburg, but raised by Elmer “Moe” Scheuer and Bernice “Bee” Lauffenburg. She is survived by her daughters Gail (Ron) Smith and Lori Kublank; 4 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; also including aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was loved by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband Alvin “Dip” Kublank and her daughter Jayne Voss and a brother Howard Lauffenburg. A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 24, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd.

, Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. Lying in state on Monday, June 25, from 10:00 am until time of an 11:00 am Service at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 300 Jefferson St., Algonquin, IL 60102.

Interment River Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church of Algonquin or the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
