Mark P. Lydon age 52, of Lake in the Hills, formerly of Palatine, passed away at his home to the fight of Cancer on September 14, 2018. He was born in Park Ridge, Illinois on May 10, 1966 the son of Michael J. and Eleanor (nee Janowski) Lydon. Mark is survived by his loving wife Clara A. (nee Urgesi) Lydon; their children Maximillian Lydon and Arianna Lydon; his father Michael J. Lydon; siblings Kevin Lydon and Heather Lydon; also by nieces & nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother Eleanor Lydon; maternal grandparents Maximillian and Lucille Janowski; father and mother-in-laws Raffaele and Savina Urgesi; brother-in-law Vito Urgesi and a niece Maria Campobasso. Mark graduated from Palatine High school and Western Illinois University. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed scuba diving and was a car enthusiast.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. , (one mile east of Randall Rd. ) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the funeral home with an 11:30 AM prayer service with Fr. Tim Seigel officiating. Interment Private.
