Shirley R. Reitmeyer passed away peacefully September 7, 2018 in Elgin IL. Born in Chicago November 26, 1927 to the late Walter and Mae Stomper. Beloved wife of the late Alexander; loving mother of Nancy(Bill) Kerr, Julie(Mark) Voss, the late Al Jr., Paul, and Elizabeth(Thomas) Warble; fond grandmother of Greg, Holly, Heather, Justin(Ashley), Michael, Ryan, Alexandra, Jordan and Steven; great grandmother of Kaila, Bryce, Brayden, Skye, Josephine; dear sister of the late Vernon Stomper, Virginia(late Peter) Dicken and Lorretta(late Jim) Griffin; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to spending time with her family, she also loved flowers, puzzles, trivia, and board games. Shirley also gave 16 years of devoted service to Jewel.

Please join us in remembering Shirley on Sunday September 9, 2018. Visitation hours from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm at Willow Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1415 W Algonquin Road, Algonquin IL 60102 (one mile east of Randall Rd. ).

Service at 2:00 pm with Father Ed Fialkowski officiating. Interment at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, Niles IL at 10:00 am Monday September 10, 2018.
