He was born in Robstown, Texas to C.W. and Jacqueline Webster Rouse Jr He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was survived by 2 sister: Stacy Lynn(Robert) Knippa, Billie Dawn (Matt) Lansford; niece Breann Adayla Knippa; nephews John “Trey” (Sara)Van Meter III, Forest Layne Lansford; 2 great nephews Rowdy Dawson Van Meter, and Brody Wayne Van Meter; aunts Darlene Griffin Hair, Naomi Morey , Velma Lamont; and numerous cousins. Family will receive friends at 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. Thursday March 28, 2019 at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday March 29, 2019 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Argenta Cemetery.
