Hassie Lewis Hicks age 96 of West Jefferson, died on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Ashe Memorial Hopsital. She was called “Mamaw Cassie” and was loved very much. Mrs. Hicks is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Hicks of West Jefferson, Sue Hicks of Abingdon, VA and one son, Wayne Hicks of West Virginia.

Four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren as well as six great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many loving friends and several nieces and nehpews. Funeral Services are incomplete at this time.
