Born on February 20, 1941 Bethany, WV a daughter of the late Herbert and Della (Crawford) Mozingo. She is also preceded in death by six brothers, Walter, John, Charles, Carl, Herbert and Howard Mozingo and two sisters Margaret Simmons and Alberta Blackburn.
