Obituary Service Details Helen Alexander Mott was born to the late Cleveland Alexander Sr. and Hattie Person Alexander on June 8,1932 in Water Valley Mississippi. She was the seventh child of eight children. Helen confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Pine Grove M.B. Church in Water Valley MS.

She married the late George Mott and moved to Holly Springs Mississippi. Helen worked as a café cook and took care of many children for several years. She remained a citizen of the City of Holly Springs until her death.

Helen departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford Mississippi. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters Louis Telford, Myrtle Lawrence, Pauline Lewis, two brother James (Sonny) Alexander, and Cleve Alexander Jr She leaves to mourn her passing 2 sisters Mable Hervey and Dora Walls of Water Valley and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relative and friends.
