Helen Benko Widener, 96, of Markleysburg, formerly of South Connellsville, passed away peacefully Sat. Feb, 23, 2019 in Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg. She was born March 18, 1922 in Connellsville a daughter of the late Adam and Suzanne Benko.

She was a graduate of the former Dunbar Twp. High School and prior to her retirement she worked as a Selector for the former Anchor Hocking Glass Plant in South Connellsville. She is survived by her son Timothy R. Widener of Footdale.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Howard H. Widener. There will be no viewing or services. Interment will be in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
