Obituary for Helen Carroll (Shroyer) Helen E. Carroll, age 81, of Westland, Michigan, formerly of Romulus, Michigan, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018. Helen was born September 23, 1936 in Highland Park, Michigan. She was the daughter of Lee K. and Margaret W. (Rockwell) Shroyer.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Romulus, and a member of Romulus Senior center and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. To cherish her memory Helen leaves her daughter; Kathlee Paison, seven grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, also, two sons; Douglas and Jimmie and her husband in 2000, William “Dusty” Carroll.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 4 pm to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10:00 am at Crane Funeral Home 36885 Goddard Road, Romulus, Michigan, (734-941-9200). Father Wally Ptak will officiate.
