Helen Eloise Preston, 91 Helen Eloise Preston, 91 of West Portsmouth died Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Hill View Retirement Center. She was born February 20, 1927 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Willard and Freda Williams Oney. She was a seamstress and a member of the VFW Auxiliary 6180 in Hudson, Florida.

Along with her parents Helen was preceded in death by her husband; William Edgar Preston and 2 brothers; William “Buck” Oney and Junior Oney. Helen is survived by 4 sons; Clifford Jones of New Vienna, Billy Preston of Portsmouth, Samuel (Linda) Preston of McDermott, and Tony (Sue) Preston of Portsmouth, 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, a brother; Clyde Wilson of Iowa, and 3 sisters; Clara Jean Coloras, Betty Mathew both of New Vienna, and Verrena Gilliam of Hudson, FL. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rev.

Gary Hopkins officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.
