Funeral service for Helen Miller Higdon, 83, will be Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 11:00AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. J.D. Thorn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. Higdon died on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at her residence. She was born December 17, 1935, in Morgan County to William Clyde Miller and Verna Vester Campbell Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Howard Higdon, her parents and two brothers: Pruitt and Gary Miller. Survivors include: Two Sons: Wayne Higdon(Mary) and Michael Higdon (Karen) Two Daughters: Sandra Higdon Goodwin (Anthony) and Rhonda Higdon One Sister: Elaine Cobble Seven Grandchildren: Robin Brewer, Chad Collins, Christopher Higdon, Megan Tucker, Heather Owens, Chad Childers and Casey Goodwin Four Great Grandchildren: Mason Brewer, Dallas Brewer, Trevor Brewer and Luke Brewer Pallbearers will be Grandsons & Nephews. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Kindred Hospice or to the Gideons International.
