Williams, 93, of Rockford passed away March 19, 2019, in Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center. Born November 24, 1925, in Rockford, the daughter of Howard V. and Mildred H. (Olson) Ritchie. Graduated from West High School.

Married Roger O. Williams in Rockford. Employed over the years by J. I. Case, Harlem School District, Loves Park Plumbing and Singer Mental Health. Former member of Riverside Community Church and North Suburban Women’s Club.

She enjoyed gardening, traveling, painting and volunteering at the library. Survivors include her daughter, Judy (Ron) Meyer of Caledonia; son, Dale (Sue) Williams of Rockford; grandchildren, Sherry (Tim) Gaumond of Rockford, Chad (Cara) Williams of Rockford, Kari (Mike) Landman of Durand and Brooke (Rob) Labak of Rockford; and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband; granddaughter, Amy Markgraf; grandson, Daniel Pond; and brother, Robert Ritchie.

The family wishes to thank Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center and Northern Illinois Hospice for their love and support. Service at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 25, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 12:30 p.m. to service time. Burial in Willwood Burial Park.
