Obituary for Helen L. Wampole (Jakoby) Helen L. Wampole, 99, formerly of Red Hill, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2019. She was the wife of the late John James Wampole. Born in Perkiomenville, she was a daughter to the late Julius Edward and Hermina (Krastl) Jakoby.

Helen worked as a seamstress, first for the former Daut’s in Red Hill, then at Knoll, before retiring in 1992. She was a member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ, the Upper Perkiomen Senior Citizen Center and the Golden Agers. Helen is survived by her daughter: Harriet Ann of Upper Pottsgrove Township; and nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, January 18, 2019, 11:30 am, at Pennsburg UCC Cemetery, 775 Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Contributions may be made in her memory to Pennsburg UCC Memorial Fund, 775 Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
