Helen’s Obituary Helen Larsen, nee Berg of West Bend died on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at The Kathy Hospice at the age of 89 years. She was born on July 14, 1929 in Milwaukee to the late Carl and Magna (nee Marki) Berg. Survivors include her husband Orville; 2 children Joan Dobberstein and Paul (Maureen); 4 grandchildren Renee (Craig) O’Leske, Maomi (Lucas) Smith, Sara Larsen and Brian (Julie) Larsen; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 sister Carol Berg-Pray; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law Dennis Dobberstein. The family will greet relatives and friends at Immanuel United Church of Christ on Friday, February 8 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of a Memorial Sservice at 11:30 a.m. A reception will follow the services in the church hall. Urn placement will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to the charity of the donor’s choice. The Schmidt Funeral Home of West Bend is serving the family. On-line guestbook and condolences available at www.
