Helen L. Beer, 86, daughter of James Emmert & Anna Irene (Dwyer) Foster, was born March 17, 1932 in Greenfield, Iowa. She passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Panora Specialty Care Center, Panora, Iowa. Helen graduated from Greenfield High School and the University of Northern Iowa.

On August 8, 1954, she married Robert Beer in Greenfield, Iowa. They moved to Denver, Colorado and then to California for about 10 years.
