Helen Troy Fisher, 73, of Fayetteville, died December 12, 2018. She was born November 2, 1945 in Beaver Dam Township, the daughter of Bertha Mae Miller and Troy Ancil Fisher. Helen retired from the Cumberland County Register of Deeds after 32 years of employment.

In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased by her beloved lab, Maggie; her sisters, Kitty Fisher and Nancy Rose Ewing; brother, Troy Ancil Fisher, Jr. and nephew Lane Fisher. She is survived by sisters, Mary Ancil Fisher, Bertha Sue Brisson; brother William Lalaster Fisher; nieces, Elisha Paige Fisher Streno (Jeremy), Elise Brisson Webster (Valerie), Audra Brisson Harris (Jason); nephew Matthew Owen Fisher (Selena) and grandnieces Shea Piper Streno, Raleigh Mae Fisher and Morgan Harris. Burial will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at aspca.org. Online condolences may be made at sullivanshighland.com. Services are entrusted to Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory.
