Henry Kenton Smith, age 71, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, Ohio. Henry was born November 28, 1946 in Vanceburg, Kentucky to the late Herbert and and Mary Alice (Kimbler) Smith. He married Jane Gibson on September 30, 2006 and she survives.

He was employed by BA Miller Trucking in Liberty Center. Henry enjoyed hunting and fishing. Henry and Jane enjoyed going to the fairs, rodeo’s and to Harrison Lake for picnics.

Henry is survived by his wife Terenia “Jane” (Gibson) Smith. Step-son, John Gibson. His children, Denise Frances, Matt Smith, Ryan Smith and Christina Roloff.

Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. Also many nieces and nephews. Preceding Henry in death is his parents, brothers, Noah, Calvin, baby sister, Laura Belle.

Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2018 at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon, Ohio. Pastor Donna Stutzman will officiate. Interment will follow in Wauseon Union Cemetery.

Friends may call for a time of visitation with the family 2:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday and 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral services in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the benevolence of the family. Online condolences may be given at at www.
