Obituary Henry P. Cook, 79, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Abbyshire Place in Bidwell, Ohio. He was born on July 27, 1939 in Knott County, Kentucky, son of the late Dewey and Martha Fouts Cook. Henry was an Iron Worker having worked at Malleable Iron in Mason County, West Virginia.

He was married to Janice Cook and she preceded in death on May 13, 2017. Henry was also preceded in death by a daughter Inis Irene Siders and by several sisters and brothers.
