OBITUARY Herbert D. Fowler October 12, 1931 – July 15, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Herbert D. Fowler of Imperial, MO. passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Herbert was born in St. Louis, MO on October 12, 1931; Beloved husband of the late Laverne T. Fowler; loving father of Rochelle Riley and Roxane Harris; dear grandfather of Shannon Oaks, Alicia Riley, Ashley Hauck, Amber Riley, Stacey Davis and Shawn Harris; great grandfather of Billy Oaks, Brianna Oaks, Aiden Kennedy, Mason Harris, Karsen Hauck and Madilyn Hauck; Son of the late Herbert R. and Virginia (nee Tuck) Fowler; brother of Cheryl Ragan and the late Beulah Douglas, Bob Fowler and Jackie Graham.

Herbert worked as a Data Processor in the Banking Industry for many years. He proudly served his Country in the Navy and was a member of the American Legion. Visitation will be held on Sunday July 22, 2018 from 2-4 pm at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd.

Arnold, MO. Interment private. Memorial donations may be made to the Christopher Reeves Foundation in his honor.
