CSM (RET) Howard Henderson, 77, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, January 7, 2019 at the Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center. Mr. Henderson was retired from the United States Army and a veteran of the Vietnam war having received two Purple Hearts. He was preceded in death by a son, his parents, three sisters, one brother, and a nephew Survivors include: His loving wife, Edith; four children, Crystal, Melanie, Ralph, Sharina; six grandchildren, Sheldon, Nelly, Lase, Johan, Clemens, Anna; one sister, Betty; and close friends, Christa, and Inge.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Henderson will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at St. Christopher Parish, Radcliff, KY. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations to be made to any favorite charity of choice.
